| 招聘要求: | 要求： 会计及相关专业大学及以上学历，8年以上相关工作经验，其中5年以上生产制造业工作经验。熟悉经济、税务法律法规及IAS国际会计准则。责任心强、协调能力好。具有会计师职称，有CPA者佳。 英文口语流利、并能书面表达。 Duties and responsibilities工作内容 1、完成PRC中国企业会计准则 & IAS国际企业会计准则会计处理 1 Implement China industry accounting rules & IAS international accounting rules 2、 制订执行财务制度、内部控制制度、对外信用控制制度。 2 Establish company operating accounting, internal controls and external credit control rules 3、费用的控制和合同的审签。 3 Expenses and contract control 4、筹集公司所需资金并合理的利用。 4 collection of company financing and reasonable allocation 5、协助财务总监的工作和协调财务部与其他部门的工作。 5 Assist CFO in liaison activities with other divisions 6、制定公司流程，对具体项目进行毛利分析、SPR审核及应收款项的控制。 6、Establish internal procedures; analyses of project gross profit, SPR auditing and receivables control 7、进行税收规划，进行合理纳税与合理避税。 7 、Tax budgeting, implement company rate paying and tax exemption rules 8、参与公司的管理，和重大投资项目的财务方面的可行性分析。 8、 Cooperation of company management; Financial analysis of important projects 9、协调处理公司与税务、工商、银行之间的关系。 9 Maintain excellent relationship with tax bureaus, business administration offices and banks 10、人事、行政经验丰富。参与公司法务、人事工作，代表公司参加诉讼及仲裁案件的审理。 10 Coordination of company legal and HR affairs. Attended lawsuit and arbitration. |
